Training & Qualifications

In addition to over 95% of the REDI Transports team with backgrounds in law enforcement, corrections, the military, social work, education, trauma-informed care, and more, our background-checked and drug-tested team members take over 32 hours of continuing education per year. Our agents also participate in monthly training in lethal and non-lethal defense techniques, restraint systems, de-escalation communication skills, and leadership development.
